Greg Jesensky is a licensed massage therapist and endurance athlete with a strong focus on recovery, performance, and movement health. With more than 25 marathon finishes—including 9 Boston Marathons—Greg understands the physical demands that training, competition, and everyday activity place on the body. He combines clinical massage techniques with firsthand athletic experience to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, support recovery, and maintain long-term physical wellness, whether they are athletes or simply looking to feel better in everyday life.

You can get a massage anywhere. At Threshold, we have designed thoughtful and individualized recovery sessions to ensure that everyone gets the most “bang for their buck” and leaves feeling “good as new”!
We blend techniques like massage, cupping, stretching, manual trigger point release, and other skilled interventions to give you the restoration your body deserves.
The “Relax & Restore” Massage (50-minute or 80-minute options)
For those days when you just want to shut out all of the noise and forget for an hour about your responsibilities. Lay down and relax in a calm room and let our recovery expert melt away your tight muscles so you can leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
The “Kitchen Sink” Massage (50-minute or 80-minute options)
This is the “throw everything at it” treatment. Any technique you need to work out stubborn muscle tension, return to sport quickly, or recover from a workout or sporting event- we can do it here. Need cupping and deep tissue massage all in the same hour? If you can handle it… we can do it! You may leave sore, but never sorry.
